Struan Heather Honey comes from around 500 beehives placed by Struan Apiaries Ltd. across the moors of the Scottish Highlands.  The bees forage on late-summer heather in the region of Cairngorms National Park and nearby wild hills, producing about 15 tons of this honey each year.

The result is a rich, caramel-colour honey with a smooth consistency, capturing the character of the heather moors and the clear Highland air.

This honey is excellent for drizzling over warm bread, pairing with strong cheeses, stirring into tea or using in cooking and baking when you want something naturally layered and confident. Struan Heather Honey draws on the wild Highland environment to deliver a premium experience rooted in nature and craft.
