Sarah Gray’s Preserves began life on a farm in Angus in 2012, founded by husband-and-wife team Sarah and Sandy Gray. In 2022, the much-loved Scottish brand found a new home with The Little Herb Farm in Cupar, Fife, where Lindsey Anderson and her small team continue the tradition of making quality Scottish preserves.
Still made in small batches, the jams use carefully selected berries to keep the fruit flavour wonderfully fresh. The range has grown over the years, with traditional favourites sitting alongside some rather tempting combinations, from classic Strawberry, Raspberry and Blackcurrant to Rhubarb & Ginger, Gooseberry & Elderflower and some celebratory twists.
Perfect for thickly buttered toast, warm scones, croissants and breakfast, or for adding a little something special to baking and desserts. They also make a lovely addition to a Scottish food hamper or gift box.
Made in Fife, packed with fruit and a lovely example of the small Scottish producers we're proud to have on our shelves at Letterfinlay.
