Oven cook (best method)
- Preheat oven to 190°C (fan) / 210°C conventional / Gas 6
- Remove outer packaging and cover loosely with foil for the first 20 minutes (helps stop the marinade catching)
- Remove foil and cook for a further 10–15 minutes
- Total cook time: 30–35 minutes
