For best results, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Once defrosted, cook immediately and do not refreeze.

Pre-heat oven to 190°C (Fan 170°C) / Gas Mark 5.

Remove film and place the foil tray on the middle shelf.

Cook for 25–30 minutes, or until piping hot throughout and juices run clear.
