We’ve taken fresh chicken strips and coated them in a rich black garlic & pepper marinade, deep, garlicky, a little peppery, and seriously more-ish.
All hand-prepped in the butchery, then frozen down in trays so you can grab them whenever you need an easy dinner.
Straightforward, tasty and ready to cook from defrost.
